Q: Can I resume a failed download?

  • Free users: No. Failed downloads require restarting.
  • Premium users: Yes. Use resumable downloads with tools like JDownloader or Internet Download Manager.

Q: Why is my download speed slow?

  • Free users: Speed capped at 50 KB/s. Upgrade to Premium for unrestricted speeds.
  • Premium users: Use download accelerators (e.g., IDM) or contact support with a server traceroute.

Billing & Troubleshooting

Q: How do I cancel a recurring subscription?

  1. Go to Profile > Subscriptions.
  2. Click Cancel Auto-Renew.
  3. Access continues until the current billing cycle ends.

Q: My payment failed/account wasn’t upgraded.

  • Confirm the transaction via email (check spam/junk folders).
  • Provide these details to support:
  • Payment date, transaction/order number.
  • Email used, payment method (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).

Traffic & Storage

Q: Why am I exceeding my daily traffic limit?

  • Traffic counts for:
  • Partial downloads (even if canceled).
  • Online video previews (e.g., watching 1 minute of a 1-hour video deducts the full file size).
  • Reset time: Daily at 00:00 GMT.

Q: How long are files stored?

  • Premium: 90 days after last download.
  • Free users: 30 days after last download.

Security & Privacy

Q: Can I search Keep2Share’s servers for files?
No. Files are private and accessible only via direct links shared by uploaders.

Q: My account was hacked!

  • Keep2Share does not restore hacked accounts. Users are responsible for securing login credentials.
